In March 2022 this post degree program begins, from the CPSV, taught by the Polytechnic Foundation of Catalonia

This post degree, organized by the CPSV, has as its main objectives:

▪️ Open new professional fields in the field of real estate valuation to encourage the acquisition of international clients.

▪️ Specialize as an independent advisor, associate consultant or public employee in the branches of unregulated valuation, mortgage, cadastral and other real rights.

▪️ Write valuation reports made with national and international accounting criteria.

▪️ Explore the wide range of business models in the field of real estate valuations.

▪️ Become a real estate analyst in the valuation branch.

▪️ Complement the training to obtain accreditation as a Recognized European Valuer (REV).

Discover the most innovative tools in the field of real estate valuations, both in terms of market criteria and the valuation of real estate for cadastral and mortgage purposes.
