Online Postgraduate in Real Estate Valuations: International Methods and Models
On March 4 the online Postgraduate, at the UPC School (UPC), in Real Estate Valuations: International Methods and Models begins.
The directors of the Postgraduate in Real Estate Valuations: International Methods and Models is the professor Josep Roca Cladera, and the Academic Coordinator is Associated Professor Carlos Marmolejo Duarte, both researchers from the CPSV.
It is an online Postgraduate of the UPC School (UPC).
The postgraduate provides the most advanced professional skills in real estate valuations, both in market valuation and in appraisal for cadastral and mortgage purposes.
The program prepares to obtain the Minimum Educational Requirements (MER), the formative requirement to accredit the Recognized European Values (REV) granted by The European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGoVA).
In addition, it has the support of the Spanish Association for Real Estate and Urban Valuation (AEVIU).
