Fotocasa Research - Enervalor Survey's Publication of results

On June 5, coinciding with World Environment Day, the results of the Fotocasa Research survey carried out jointly with the EnerValor research line of the CPSV, were published. This line arises from the research project How much do we care about the energy rating? An analysis of the level of understanding of the EPC, perceived confidence and impact on residential preferences and values, Ref.: BIA2015-63606-R (MINECO / FEDER), carried out between 2016 and March 2020, whose responsible Investigator has been Dr. Carlos Marmolejo Duarte, architect, researcher at the CPSV.

In this line, the relevance of energy efficiency in the residential market is investigated, as well as public and private policies aimed at promoting it.
