Dissertation of thesis: Non-equity of the real estate tax: “An analysis of the cadastral value of housing in Mazatlán, using the CRITIC method and the Ratio method"

This thesis was developed by the Ph.D. student Luis Alfonso Colado, in the framework of the Doctoral Program in Urban and Architectural Management and Valuation, of the Department of Architectural Technology (TA), coordinated from the Centre for Land Policy and Valuations (CPSV), co-supervised by Dr. Josep Roca Cladera, and Dr. Iván Humarán Nahed.
